Living in a Country with an abundacy of clean water, I have not spent much time considering how terrible it must feel not to have access to uncontaminated water.
Of course I have noted when travelling that tapwater is often contaminated and to avoid sickness I should only drink bottled water.
So far so good, but what if you don´t have access to uncontaminated water?
Here are some facts about water and why we need to help those that are in the greatest need of uncontaminated water now...
Water is important to keeping the human body properly functioning. The body cannot work without water. It is just like a car that cannot run without gas and oil.
The fact is that all the cell and organ functions in our entire anatomy and physiology depend on water to function.
