Children are mostly interested in having fun, shopping for toys and getting treats. There is nothing wrong with this but a child that takes on a challange to help others less fortunate is an ambassador for a better World.
After all, the World they help to build, is the World they will inherit.
I thought about the mass of toys so many children will be receiving this coming Christmas,far far more than they really need or care about.
A little less consumption and more empathy among our children will make a big difference in the World.
We need to help them see what a difference love and compassion can do.
