We loose it, every single time!
As soon as we start thinking about why we cannot achieve or have something our conscious mind gets buisy creating just that "you can´t have it, do it etc."
That is why it is so important to be aware of what we are thinking. Everytime you catch yourself thinking negative thoughts. STOP THEM, immediatly! and replace them with a positive thought. You can actually do this my keeping your thoughts clean, simply disinfecting your mind!
Practice this every time a negative thought pops up, replace it with the positive one , you will feel better, your energy will return, you will get things done more easily and it will even have a positve effect on your health.
